BOLTON boxer Amir Khan took part in a question and answer session on Twitter while connected to a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

He posted a photograph of himself wearing an oxygen mask and wrote: ”In the hyperbaric chamber. I'm in here for another 20-30 minutes so if you want to ask me any questions”.

The 27-year-old revealed his favourite food is Italian and responded to a fan's question of whether he was interested in fighting Floyd Mayweather Jnr just for the payday with: “lol no. I get paid good for fighting other names. I know it's my fight”.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can be used by athletes to inhale pure oxygen to help injuries heal faster.
