A DEALER caught with a stash of drugs admitted the commercial supply of amphetamine and cannabis, but not cocaine, a court was told.
Burnley Crown Court heard how Steven Graham, 24, claimed he only supplied the Class A controlled drug to friends.
Graham, of Branch Road, Burnley, admitted producing cannabis, abstracting electricity and supplying cocaine, amphetamine and cannabis.
The hearing was told the prosecution did not accept his assertion about the cocaine and a trial over the facts will be heard. Graham was bailed until March 21 for the trial and sentence and is facing jail.
He was told by Recorder John Bromley-Davenport, QC: “They are serious offences.”
