A CLITHEROE pub has been reopened despite its owners still searching for a buyer.
The White Horse was closed in September after owners Trust Inns Limited put it up for sale.
The York Street pub, currently on the market for £350,000, recently reopened after the company found a short-term tenant to take the business on until a new owner was found.
A spokesman for Trust Inns said the property was still for sale, andthe company was still searching for a new owner.
The company said that it was looking to focus more on restaurants, and wanted to move away from traditional pubs. The three-storey end terrace property includes a small enclosed courtyard to the side, and the fixtures and fittings will be included in the sale.
Above the pub, there are three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and an office, along with five other rooms on the second floor.
