TWO brothers out celebrating their birthdays ended up being arrested.
Ashley Edward Walsh, 20, of Aberdare Close, and Jake Andrew Walsh, 19, of Heaton Street, both Blackburn, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Church Street and were made subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months.
