A 59-YEAR-OLD man appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with voyeurism following an alleged incident at Darwen Leisure Centre involving a teenage girl.
John Wickers, of Limes Avenue, Darwen, is charged with observing the girl and commiting an indecent act, knowing the girl didn’t consent to being observed.
Wickers pleaded not guilty, and the case was adjourned by magistrates until Thursday, November 7.
It is alleged that the girl was getting changed after swimming when she looked down to the floor and saw a man’s face pressed up against the divider.
