A DRUNKEN man dropped his shorts round his ankles and urinated on a busy Blackburn town centre street in the middle of the day.
Blackburn magistrates heard when he was challenged by a passer-by, Karl Anthony Lynch said: “What’s it got to do with you, I’m enjoying myself.”
Lynch, 22, of Philips Street, Blackburn, was fined £110 with £105 costs by Blackburn magistrates after pleading guilty to being drunk and disorderly.
Catherine Allan, prosecuting, said Lynch walked out of a taxi office in Darwen Street, dropped his shorts and underpants and then leaned against a wall while he urinated.
“Two girls of school age walked past and put their heads down,” said Miss Allan.
Helen Oats, defending, said Lynch had started drinking very early and didn’t remember much about the incident.
