l BIG in Anxiety, which provides support to those who suffer from all types of anxiety. They can talk about their issues and discuss them with other members. The group meets every other Monday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Wolstenholme House in Tenterden Street, Bury.
l BIG in Social Events is held every Sunday from 1pm to 3pm, also at Wolstenholme House. The group prevents people from feeling lonely and provides a safe and welcoming environment where people can chat informally and take part in quizzes, games and other activities.
l BIG Drop In meets at Wolstenholme House every Thursday between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, allowing people to call in for an informal chat and a cup of tea or coffee. They can access support from others and talk through any worries.
