GREAT Harwood's annual Winter Warmer event and Christmas lights switch on takes place tomorrow.
Organiser Janet Doyle said: "It has been exceptionally hard work this year as we have not received any large grants.
"We have raised almost £8,500 ourselves with our largest grant being £725 from Hyndburn Council.
"Thanks to the support from the people of Great Harwood the event looks to be bigger and better than last year.
"Eleven local schools and groups have been making lanterns for the torchlight parade and many businesses have dressed their windows.
"This is a free event for the people of the town so we hope we have a great turn out."
The show starts at 5.30pm between Towngate Square and the Co-op in Queen Street.
