A BURNLEY aerospace firm which has just signed a multi-million pound contract to supply torpedo launchers has had another success.
MB Aerospace Limited, based in Headsandford Industrial Estate, has been awarded the gold supplier status by Boeing.
The award was made after Boeing signed an £8million deal with MB Aerospace to supply torpedo launch systems for submarines.
The order has added up to three years to the company's order book.
MB Aerospace specialises in defence launch systems for a range of global defence contractors and is one of only three companies in Europe to have been awarded the prestigious gold supplier status.
