SEVEN schools in Blackburn were burgled in just six days, police have revealed.
Between November 20 and 26, break-ins were reported at Our Lady and St John's, St Luke and St Philips, Beardwood, and twice each at Queen Elizabeth's Grammar and Witton Park. St Luke and St Philips was also targeted on November 4.
Burglars have broken in by smashing a window, climbed into the premises and then stole valuable computer and electrical equipment.
Inspector Claire Holbrook said: "I am appealing to anyone who has been offered cheap equipment to contact us immediately and if anyone can provide any information to help us identify those responsible."
