Pair deny Blackburn 'test drive' car theft

TWO men appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with theft of a VW Golf which one of them had taken on a test drive.
Daniel Green, 29, of Beatrice Road and Grant Green, 31, of Rochdale Road, both in Bolton, pleaded not guilty to theft.
Grant Green also denied driving with excess alcohol and without insurance and failing to stop when required.
