Man exposed himself to mothers and children in Blackburn

A MAN exposed himself to two mothers and their children.
The women, in their 30s, were pushing prams along the canal path next to Higher Audley Street, Blackburn.
The man, aged 40 to 50, stepped into their path and exposed himself.
Det Sgt Kathryn Cussans said: “This is a serious offence committed infront of two young children. I appeal to anybody that witnessed it or with any information about the person responsible to come forward and contact police.”
The man is white, with a pale complexion, and around 5ft 6ins tall.
He is of medium build with short mousey brown or blonde hair and was wearing a bright orange jumper, a khaki beige coloured coat and stone washed blue jeans.
Anyone with information about the incident which happened at around 2.15pm on Saturday, February 24, should call police on 101.
