Islamic artefacts on display in Blackburn mosque

Hamzah Yusuf, seven, with coins from the period Hamzah Yusuf, seven, with coins from the period

HOLY Islamic artefacts and replicas of items used by the Prophet Mohammed have been shown in Blackburn for the first time.

More than 1,000 people visited Jamia Ghosia Mosque, Chester Street, to see replicas of the Prophet’s clothes, personal grooming items, his bed, food he would have eaten, and a genuine piece of cloth from his grave.

Worshippers queued for half an hour to pray at a piece of material from the Ka’aba, or ‘The Cube’, a holy site in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

The artefacts were verified by Greensville Trust, an Islamic educational institution based in Liverpool.

Allah is the greatest and I love my prohpet Mohammed SAW

Some people I see shows that they keep beard and love our prophet however inside them they do something else.

If you really love our prophet then do everything similair to our prophet just by keeping beard wouldnt prove anything.

Sikhs also keeps beard and just by keeping beard you are praisy worth then praise the sikhs aswell

As stated some people I know are munafik keeps beard and does somenting else

Allahs knows the best

It meant to say Relic but the poster was done wrong and said replica which is incorrect. Im guessing the news reporter just copies and paste stuff without any journalism. :) BUT congrats to all the people that attended and made it possible, good to see the youth involved. much needed.
