Snow disappears as temperature rises

SNOW has all but disappeared from Bolton's roads after a heavy fall caused chaos on Friday and Saturday.

A sudden change in temperature on Saturday quickly melted the thick layer of snow that has blanketed the borough since Friday evening.

Were you affected by the snow? Were you stuck in the traffic chaos on Friday night?

What makes you think that a large bin waggon can get around the estates and side streets which are full of ice when you cant even move your cars???
You would be the first to complain if your car was wiped out by a council waggon!!
Surely you can wait a week for your bin to be emptied and if you cant use the tip like the rest of us.

Can the council wait another week for me to pay my council tax? We're on week number 5 without a collection here.

Maybe you are phoning the wrong place to get your missed bin emptied as no bin waggons live at Adelaide House, try Wellington Yard!
