Police concern for missing boy

POLICE are growing increasingly concerned about the whereabouts of a missing boy from Bury.

Frank Barrow (15), disappeared from his care home in the town’s Tottington Road on Tuesday December 18.

He is described as white, 5ft 7inch, slim build, short mousey brown hair and wearing dark jogging bottoms and a jacket.

Supt Mark Granby from the Bury division, said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Franks welfare and are eager for his to return as soon as possible. We are appealing to anyone that has seen or spoken to Frank since December 18 to get in touch with us and tell us where.

“Similarly, if Frank himself can see or hear this appeal I would urge him to please contact us to let us know you are safe.”

• Anyone with information to Frank’s whereabouts are asked to call police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111
