Burnley football business college launches new partnership

BURNLEY’S football business college has announced a new partnership with one of East Lancashire’s leading non-league teams.

The UCFB College of Football Business, based at Turf Moor, will send students to Bacup Borough Football Club as part of an ambitious media scheme the club is setting up.

Eight students from the college will form media and marketing teams at the North West Counties Football League Premier Division club.

Borough’s business development executive Dave Edler said: “This is a really exciting move for Bacup Borough FC. The extra hands on deck will greatly improve the speed at which we can roll out a lot of the new initiatives.”
