Power cut causes chaos at car park

Drivers using a town centre car park had to go elsewhere this morning following a power cut.
Motorists turned up at the Bow Street car park this morning only to see the shutters remained down.
They were diverted to the Market Place car park. Those with passes were told they could still use them.
A spokesman for the car park said the problem was due to be fixed before noon.
