Coronation Street star Antony Cotton hopes to recreate Betty's hotpot

EDENFIELD-born Coronation Street star Antony Cotton has promised that Betty’s hotpot legacy will live on in the TV soap.

His character, Sean, recently dropped her recipe into the mixture as he tried to recreate the famous dish.
