The ever-popular club returned with another sold-out night of laughs.
Compere was Jason Cook, who really carried the evening.
Indeed, in some ways, his short spots on stage overshadowed the main acts.
Each act varied in style so much from the last that at the beginning of each set, you had to mentally re-adjust your expectations.
Moving from Stuart Hudson’s dark rants to Brendan Riley's chirpy storytelling is not the most natural of moods.
Something new and challenging is never a bad thing, though, and a good night was had by all.
