Backstage crew needed for Garrick Club

BURNLEY Garrick Club is looking for new backstage crew for future productions.
A special appeal is being made for a stage manager for An Inspector Calls in March, but the company is looking to boost its behind-the-scenes membership.
A spokesman said: “As with all dramatic societies, behind those appearing on stage is an army of helpers, stage manager, lighting and sound technicians, wardrobe and costume designers, property gatherers and set designers.
“Without this willing band of enthusiasts, presentations would look very drab indeed.
“The Garrick is on the look out for anyone who can bring their particular skill to assist it in presenting plays to the highest standard it can achieve.”
