Gary Barlow has revealed he's in talks to return his seat on The X Factor judging panel - with bosses reportedly offering him a pay rise to stay on the show.
The Take That star, who joined the hit talent contest last year as head judge, told The Sun he has been in discussions with TV executives since the end of series eight.
He said: "I started talks two weeks before the last one finished. We are talking."
Meanwhile, bosses are said to be trying to lure the singer back to the ITV1 show with an even bigger pay cheque.
A source told the newspaper: "Gary loved being on the show and genuinely wants to be back. While viewing figures were down a few million, the feeling is it would have been worse without Gary."
