METRIC used to be rather interesting, but with this single they seem to have lost their mojo.

Metric band members Emily Haines and James Shaw have played with Broken Social Scene, who are the ultimate indie-art-rock supergroup, but of late something has gone wrong.

Sick Muse has all the requisite pop hooks and attitude, but is just too flat and formulaic to rise above the background noise level.
