Walmsley’s Butchers of Ramsbottom wins national award

Celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott presents the awards to Jonathan Wallwork of Walmsley’s
PRIZE Walmsley’s Butchers, of Ramsbottom, is celebrating success in the 2011 Smithfield Awards, a prestigious national scheme organised by the Q Guild of Butchers.
The company won gold awards for its small pork pie, pork and black pudding sausage, caramelised onion pork sausage, and pork and chive sausage.
Celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott was at the awards to present Jonathan Wallwork of Walmsley’s.
