Two Leyland men bailed over Grand Theft Auto 4 game theft
Two Leyland men have been bailed to appear at Preston Crown Court on charges relating to the theft of a Grand Theft Auto 4 computer game from a man.
Oliver Aindoe, 18, of Kingswood Road, Leyland and Marc Hughes, 21, of Herbert Street, Leyland, are alleged to have attacked an 18-year-old man in Golden Hill Lane, Leyland, in the early hours of Tuesday, April 29, before escaping with the game.
The victim was with a friend, walking back from the Blockbusters video store, off Churchill Way, where they had just bought the Grand Theft Auto 4 computer game that had just been released on that day at midnight.
The two accused were arrested yesterday and charged with robbery last night by police in Leyland.
They appeared at Chorley Magistrates this morning and have been released on conditional bail to appear at the crown court in Preston on June 2.
