REMEMBRANCE Sunday Parade, Poppy Wreath Laying at the War Memorial and the following Service in All Saints Parish Church, was extremely moving, and poignant. To be at the rear of the Saluting base and to be actually right by the War Memorial, to see each Poppy Wreath actually laid, and to be part of it all, as I was, is something so moving, that it makes you so proud of our brave servicemen and women. We were moved by the words," we will remember them." I have attended many similar parades but I think this year saw the largest numbers of general public watching, with their children. It was something to remember.

LAST WEEK I referred to the Citizens Advice Bureau but I note in the Priory Centre's excellent book entitled "Priorities" that the CAB have a Urdu and Punjabi advice service, from Monday to Friday 10am to 1pm if you would like to make an appointment telephone 0845 120 2937.
