AGNES HEYN (nee Fenton) The family of the late Agnes Heyn wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence, donations for the East Lancashire Hospice and beautiful floral tributes received during their bereavement. Special thanks to the family doctor and the staff at Oakenhurst Medical Practice, the district nurses, Pollyanna the Macmillan nurse and staff at the East Lancashire Hospice for their care and attention, Canon Jude Harrison and Fr. Fred Heptonstall for their kind and comforting ministrations and to everyone who attended the Requiem Mass at St. Alban’s Church.
