JULIE GLEAVE The family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence, messages of sympathy and donations received for the East Lancs Hospice. Special thanks to Dr. Jag and colleagues, to the district nurses also to Mr. Boland and staff at Chorley Hospital for all their care. Thanks also to Fr. Peter Wilkinson for his heartfelt support and service, to Ainsworth's Funeral Service for their arrangements and to everyone who came to Julie's funeral. It is a great comfort to us that Julie touched so many people in her life and we are so very proud of her
