BILL HOLDEN Jean, Andrew, Gillian and their families would like to sincerely thank all relatives and friends for their kindness and sympathy and donations to Dementia UK following their recent bereavement. Many thanks to staff on Ward C11 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital, and special thanks to the staff at Old Gates Care Home for looking after Bill over the past few years. Thanks to Chaplain Ken Howles for his kind ministrations, and the Whitehall Hotel for their hospitality. A special thanks to Scales Funeral Service for their kind and caring arrangements.
