IAN ASHTON On Tuesday, June 19, 2012, unexpectedly in Bangor General Hospital, Ian aged 74 years. A much loved husband of Pat and Uncle of Carol, Rosalie, Eric and Margaret. Ian will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Reposing in the Darwen Chapel of Rest, Blackburn Road, Darwen from where the cortege will leave on Thursday, June 28 for a service in St Cuthbert's Church Darwen at 12.30pm followed by private committal at Pleasington Crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Ian may be made to the Wales Air Ambulance or YG Intensive Care Unit c/o Darwen Funeral Service 59-61 Blackburn Road, Darwen.
