PAMELA CAROLYN BATES-THOMAS (Nee Thomas) Pamela, the dearly beloved wife of John, passed away in Royal Blackburn Hospital on friday the 13th April, 2018 after a long illness bravely borne. Treasured sister of Sylvia, Julia, Billy and Clara. Sister in law to Colin, Trevor, Ray, Pete, Helene, Jo and Anne and stepmother to Alan. Loved aunty of Jennifer, Stephanie, Keith, Anthony, Christopher, Jack, Kayley, Hana, Amity, Sam, Paul and David. Great aunt to Gabrielle, Charlotte, Penelope, Jenson, Taya, Nyla and cousins Janice and Stephen. Dearly loved friend of Anne and aunty Vera. Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to Leukemia Research. Resting in the chapel of rest at Fred Hamers funeral parlour, 246 Pleckgate Road. Cremation will take place on Thursday the 26th April at 10.45 at Pleasington Crematorium. It was Pamela's wish that brightly coloured clothes are to be worn.
