DORIS ALKER On Wednesday 11the April, 2018, peacefully at the Haydock Nursing Home, Ramsgreave, Balckburn and of Blackburn Doris aged 97 years passed away, dearest sister of the late Jim, much loved and respected aunt of Lynne and a very good friend to many. A Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 25th April at St. James Church Blackburn at 2:00 pm followed by a committal at Pleasington Crematorium. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Doris may be made to The Christie Charity c/o Hyndburn Funeral Services, Queens Road Accrington, BB5 6DR.
