JOHN 'Jack' SLATER Formerly of Fecitt Brow, Blackburn, died peacefully at Royal Blackburn Hospital on 24th December, 2017. The much loved husband of the late Anne. Beloved dad of Louise and Joanne, a dear father in law, cherished granded of Kirsty and Amy. Reposing in the chapel of rest at Scales Funeral Service. The service will take place at Pleasington Crematorium Chapel at 1.30pm followed by burial at the family plot on Friday 12th January, 2018 at 2.15pm. Family flowers only, but donations if so desired can be made payable to East Lancs Hospice c/o Scales Funeral Service, 134 -136 Darwen Street, Blackburn, BB2 2AJ. Inquires: 01254 265911.
