JOHN BAINES On Wednesday 9th August 2017 after a short illness peacefully at Royal Blackburn Hospital surrounded by his loving family. A loving husband to Irene, a wonderful dad and best friend to Karen and Jo. Father in law to Mel and Shaun. a precious grandad to Laura, Lee, Conner and Lewis. A fabulous friend to everyone who knew him, and will be sadly missed by all. The family request that those attending not wear black but bright colours preferably blue and white. Reposing in the Darwen Chapel of Rest, Blackburn Road, Darwen. The funeral service will take place at St. Peters Church, Darwen on Monday 21st August at 1p.m. followed by committal at Pleasington Crematorium Family flowers only please, but donations will be greatly received in memory of John to Ward c8 at Royal Blackburn Hospital c/o Darwen Funeral Service, 59-61 Blackburn Road, Darwen.
