DAVID (CURLY) WHITEHEAD On 24th June, 2015, peacefully at home, after a long battle bravely borne, David, aged 64 years. The beloved son of the late Frank and Doris, much loved brother of Peter, Paul and sister in law Sue, former husband of Sylvia, loved stepfather of Angela, her daughter Annabelle and a good friend to many. Funeral service at St Peter’s Church, Darwen on Thursday 2nd July at 10.45am prior to interment at Darwen Eastern Cemetery. Family flowers only please but donations can be made for Rosemere Cancer Foundation c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 234 Duckworth Street, Darwen, BB3 1PX. Tel 01254 701145.
